we don't build anything worthwhile anymore all we care about is building things as quickly as possible to make money all we care about is making money. What we build today is also very cheap so people will spend more money on repairs or buying new stuff down the line. Its all about the money.

i doubt they were building for us to see their pretty statues and stuff...they, being a humanistic society , were purely satisfying their own wants and desires.....today we do the same thing....
