Get yourself a baby name book or go to an online baby name site. I like to choose names based on what they mean. You might want to pick two names you like and mix them into one unique name. C.

Fairies in Shakespeare had flower names. Buttercup, Larkspur and Mustard Seed are three I remember. Since both pixies and sprites are earth spirits or fairies, they might work best.
One thing you need to be aware of is avoid names that are hard to spell or pronounce and, above all, avoid rhyming names! You have to look forward to the day when your work is read aloud.
Flower names include: Larkspur, Pansy, Tansy, Wolfbane, Monkshood, Violet, Verbana, Lily, and Lilac.
Tree names you might consider are: Oak, Ash, Chestnut, Walnut, Cherry, or Larch. Don't use Yew or Pine.

You should look in a baby name website to see the meaning of the names. That's what I did with my story to give the characters names more meaning.

Well it depends on the gender, overall tone of the story, etc.
Try babynamesworld.com. It's my favorite naming site, I use it all the time. They have a "favorites" system that bookmarks names you like.
