ok earlier today I was at my cousins house. He is little like 4-5. Anyways he had this cool book that was called "treasure Island" or at least I am pretty sure it was called that. It was like an i spy book where you had to find animals on the page. Across the top, bottom, and sides there was an alphabet. The missing letters in the alphabet would be one of the four animals you were looking for. For example, If the alphabet had cdefghijklmnopqrs uvwxyz the missing letters abt would have to be unscrambled and then I would realize one of the four animals on the page was a bat. I think my little sister would really like this book. Please if anyone can help me find it would be much apreciated.

Has anyone read the Arabian Nights? In this I mean Richard F. Burton's version. If you've read his and the other version/s, which do you prefer? Thanks.

Some people (including myself) believe in past life. Do you believe in the possibility that depending on a pat life will change the outcome of the life we are living now? Or do you refuse to consider he idea?

Ok, now i am an young 14 year old writter ( believe it, you may not like my work but OK thats your opinion) i have not published nothing big, i am working on a serious dramatic novel (really i am, i'v got 165 pages) but you see my mom thinks i am a nuisince (srry i can't spell that, i am in a hurry) and im not. she thinks that becuase i was friends with some one and i guess she had done drugs (i did not know it at the time) so she thinks i am only because i have been kinda depressed due to the loss of my friend (not the drug one). and i had attempted suicide before (dumb thing to do, and i regret it) so she sent me too PCC (looney bin basically) for therapy, and i told him this. but hes just retarded. what can i do to show my mom?

What are some good novels or non-fiction books that are set in mid-19th century London? I'm writing this story that partially takes place in London during the American Civil War, and I know relatively little about life in London back in those days.

Basically, I just need a few suggestions of books that greatly deal with culture and specific locations in London during this time period. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

10. You would rather spend your money on new canvases than new shoes or a new dress or a new suit. The clerks at Goodwill all know you by name.

9. Yapping on your cell phone annoys you because it distracts you from the painting you’re working on.

8. Britney who? Paris who? Anna Nicole Who? Caring about what celebrities do takes up too much of your precious time.

7. Your television quit working weeks ago and you still haven’t gotten around to repairing or replacing it.

6. Your vacuum cleaner is covered with dust from lack of use.

5.-1. (Please add your own to this list. And have fun!)

heres is a small piece of my work...

life? life is nothing but a shard of mirror. a fragment of something much more intricate, and every one of our actions depend on the one looking at us, though the image may be slurred or at variance. Every one of our actions create an equal and oposite reaction, whether it be good or bad. than of course what may be bad to us may delight another. that answers your first question, now the on the other hand is much more abstruse, the soul is something you and only you have. a soul is unique. one soul could be cataclysmic, while another from the still blood line is amicable. yet they still amour for eachother. i can not claim or fabricate defenitions, but i can philosiphize. people like me i call "watchers". we watch instead of join in. we observe every last posiblility for any situation. we are artist not only the type who paint, but write and act or make music. all of us are watcher in a way.
