Yes, zombies exist. There is, of course the "voodoo" zombie. Voodoo zombies aren't made from any supernatural forces or magics, but voodoo priests using poison. The poison curare is a powerful neurotoxin, which paralyzes the nervous system. This slows your heart rate and breathing to the point where you appear dead. However, you are not. You are able to breath just well enough to keep you alive. When you wake up in your coffin, (assuming you were buried) you’ll start breathing normally again. However, you’re in a small airtight space, so you burn you all of your oxygen quickly, and suffer brain damage from it. The brain damage suffered is what causes the zombie like effect.

But, if you want REAL zombies, you have to look no further than Solanum. Solanum, discovered by Jan Vanderhaven, is the virus which creates the true zombie. When the virus enters the bloodstream, it travels through the veins until it reaches the brain. Through means still not fully understood, the virus uses the frontal lobe of the brain to reproduce virus cells, destroying the frontal lobe in the process.

This, is how real zombies are born. And if you still don’t believe me, just read “The Zombie Survival Guide” by Max Brooks, if you haven’t already.

Oh man, I hope not! The thought of animated corpses, especially aggressive ones, freaks me out. Like one guy mentioned, there's a book called The Zombie Survival Guide. Believe it or not, I actually happened to read it, heh. If there's any possibility of zombies coming, be sure to read that book! Arm yourself with knowledge!

The Book "The Zombie Survival Guide" By Max Brooks (I read it) is intriguing. I especially loved the "History" part of it. "Kubla Khan chastising Marco Polo for almost getting bit by the Zombie head in the Jar." Or the "The guys who survived a zombie attack and recorded it." I found it informative and funny at the same time.

some (who artwork in retail) might argue that zombies already do exist, and Romero's video clips have been initially a assertion on our rampant, and blind, consumerism... a message that keeps to be well timed. there's a sort of fungus which colonizes bugs, making use of them to discover an outstanding fruiting section and then sprouting from their heads. you will argue that those are zombies, albeit bugs. Up until those days it became chanced on in particular in worms and caterpillars, yet they chanced on one that assaults ants besides. there is likewise a parasite which assaults cats and rats. It infects a rat, making it unafraid of cats. The cats then consume the rat and the parasite matures of their intestinal tract until now it craps it out and touch with the feces infects a sparkling rat. in this way, the rat could be seen a zombie of varieties. ultimately there is an amoeba which inhabits places human beings desire to swim, waiting for somebody to get water up their nostril. If the guy is unlucky, the parasite will pass slowly up into their strategies and consume it over a era of weeks, reasons awful migraines until now the guy ultimately dies.

i don't think there is a possibility for a zombie outbreak, i do believe that the dead will rise again, but not as zombies, the book of revelation tells it all

Rev 20:4 And I saw high seats, and they were seated on them, and the right of judging was given to them: and I saw the souls of those who were put to death for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and those who did not give worship to the beast, or to his image, and had not his mark on their brows or on their hands; and they were living and ruling with Christ a thousand years.
Rev 20:5 The rest of the dead did not come to life again till the thousand years were ended. This is the first coming back from the dead.
