Does anyone no a freee program to make my drawings look good? It needs to be free but good.?

I need a free program, that I can use to make my drawings better can some one help me. Please. Also i have a question I have a scaner but the prob is it dosent work it says I need a sim card ro something what do I do to make it work.

Scanner? SIM card? What kind of scanner are you using? Don't tell me you're trying to take photos of your art using your handphone camera.

And another thing. There is no magic software that will make your art look good.

practice is unfortunately the only free art program on this planet. But it has been known to help.
