Some people (including myself) believe in past life. Do you believe in the possibility that depending on a pat life will change the outcome of the life we are living now? Or do you refuse to consider he idea?

i do beleive that. because then it would explain deja vu as information sent to our present life from our past life to warn us and help us change the outcome of our following lives.

and i think that anyone who doesnt is afraid to admit the true power of the universe.

i once heard, "Cowards hide in the shadows of denial to escape the light of possibility."

Have you ever considered that maybe things move in a way you can't comprehend. Though our minds can't grasp it, isn't it more logical based on the growing population of the world that we reincarnations for a future life rather than a past life, and as we die and are reincarnated into the past, more and more of us find the key to life and are released from the repetitions of life until we get down to those first two people?

I believe anything is possible but I spend so much time living my current life that I don't really want to dwell on a whole other lifetimes worth of baggage. Whether I lived before or not that life is over and it's the NOW that is relevant. If I am wrong, I'll fix it in my next life. :)

I fully believe in past lives. I can not believe that one life is all our soul gets to live. How can we grow as an entity if we only get one life to experience all life has to offer? In order for our souls to be whole, we need to be more.

Sorry to disappoint you, but.....No. I think we only go around once in this life, and we have to make the most of it, if we can. No deposit, no return.

Reincarnation, or being influenced by a dead "spirit" through "possession" of our being, is a long-held belief of many pagan religions from animists, who believe that animals are the remnants of human souls, to reincarnation for being punished for their particular failings in past lives. Sounds pretty primitive to me. It lets us believe that if we screw up in this life, we have just to wait until the next time around to get it right. If you miss this bus, just wait for the next one.

I don't need to resort to that hypothesis to explain why we tend to be self-centered, selfish, mean-spirited SOB's sometimes.

So,....believe in it if you want to. Just don't try to peddle it to me.

A good friend, a radio interviewer, once interviewed the famous Academy Award-winning actress, Shirley MacLaine, a noted believer in past lives and reincarnation. He asked her about her beliefs, and then said, "...Well, the next time you are out-of-body...would you mind if I borrow it for a half-hour?"

I don't believe that at all.

Luck doesn't exist. Just as reincarnation doesn't.
