I have a paperback copy of 'Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets' with the numbers '10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1' on the inside cover. I'm trying to identify if this is a first edition - can anyone help? Thanks

What is the origin of the word 'classical'? Is it anything to do with 'class'? And why is it applied to these particular societies in preference to older ones such as Minoan Crete and Pharaonic Egypt, to later ones such as the Hellenistic period in Greece, or to more northerly ones such as the La Tene Celtic civilisation?

I don't know who hunter thompson is, but apparently my brother was a huge fan and got this at a book signing in Colorado. I really need money to pay college fees, and he used to always tell me to seel it if I attained it. How much is it worth on e-bay. There are no documents or a picture to prove its real. Just the book with H.S.T. signed on the inside of the front cover.

My grandfather used to hold Salyer family reunions in Snyder Park in Springfield Ohio. He Passed away in 1988 and the book of addresses and phone #'s he had had been passed to other family members and noone seems to know who has it. I would like to start the family reunions up again.
