No one is special. We are all equal and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
The idea that some are special and deserve different treatment than others is a form of mental illness that causes all of the suffering in the world.

Are you talking about man or mankind? Man, I believe a special man is driven....driven to produce a balance in his life and in the life of those he cares about. That would mean balancing a good career with being a good spouse, father, and friend. There is one man my entire circle that stands out the most. He is kind to even those who don't deserve it and he stands up for the weak and yet he is self sufficient and compassionate to all. Hard shoes to fill.
