I do fine with digitals! any tips would be appreciated. All my shots are at 125 or higher.

Also if you could give me some Fstops that would work well for great depth of field & shallow depth of field.

Thanks!

Using principles of argument given by the philosophy of logic, is it possible to refute existence itself?

People refute the existence of many things, including the existence of God. But I have always understood "God" to be the personification of Existence itself. How can anyone refute Existence?

Before you answer, remember: the existence of God is not my question, but the existence of existence.

The obstacle that I find is that the concept of existence is synonymous with all forms of the concept "to be". Hrm.

Personally, I read to learn, and to tower above my classmates. I also read for fun, as it removes you from your surroundings.

The dance is Turkish or perhaps Greek. The men squat while kicking out their legs. They have huge bushy mustaches and wear those huge billowy pants. The women dance in lines with scarves.

I know I probally sound crazy, but I can see this dance perfectly in my head. It's the kind of dancing you would picture while listening to Mozart's Rondo alla Turca. If you've never heard it, here's a link.

I'm looking for a name, pictures, or videos.

Thanks!

I have been doing genealogical research on my family and I have been able to trace male family members easily through US census records, but how can I find out what the female's maiden names are? Does anyone know a good website? Ancestry.com is fairly useless for this. Thanks!

Or is it cyclical (Oswald Spengler)? Or dialectical (Hegel)? Or subject to drastic effects of unpredictable causes (Bertrand Russell)? Is there such a thing as gradual progress (Gordon Childe) and is there justification for faith in human self-perfectibility (the Humanists)? what is your take on the course of history?
