we have to be conciencious of our capacity e inteligence to be first class citizens, demostratting that we have the power and the equilibrium to straith the country. We have to make laws in our favor like men did untill now. With union and determination the majority wil win.

What you have written is a statement of something you believe, it's hard to understand what you mean because of poor grammer and misspellings, but it is a statement.
