how can i buy a new mouthpiece by paying $0?

Well silly, you really can't "buy" a new mouthpiece by paying $0., now can you? To "buy", would mean that you would have to engage in the act of paying some monetary value for an object. Since you would be recieving the mouthpiece without paying a monetary value, then you would either be scamming, stealing, receiving, or some act other than "buying".

I have to wonder though, If you were to buy a clarinet, bring it home, play it, and then return it to the purchaser and asked for your money back for the return of the clarinet, is there a law preventing the seller from accepting the mouthpiece back from you.

The ONLY suggestion I can think of is to ask your band director (hopefully if you play clarinet you're in an ensemble of some sort) to see if they can order it through the school. Most music programs are given a terrible budget though, so I wouldn't depend on that.

You cant expect everything to be free.And a clarinet mouthpiece is pretty expensive.

I play saxophone and that aren't cheap, my friend plays clarinet, apparently they aren't FREE.
