Joan of Arc. She was young, like Juliet, but unlike Juliet she thought of something other than herself. Juliet thought of nothing but her own desires, while Joan of Arc thought of what was best for her homeland and countrymen. Although they both died young, one died stupidly and the other died nobly.

Well, I'd say Katherine out of the Taming of the Shrew, another Shakespearean play. While Juliet immediately fell in love with Romeo, Kate swears never to fall in love with any man, and while Juliet is trying to be with Romeo for the whole of the play, it takes Kate the entire play to be tamed.

Personal opinion? Paris Hilton
Juliet shunned her family's lineage. She resented her impending marriage of status and chose to marry for love, despite knowing the consequences. And in the end, she gave it all up for one person.
Paris feeds off her family history, primarily its money. She dates promiscuously to elevate her attention-level (though not necessarily her status), and she would never risk everything for someone else.

One possibility is Romeo. When Juliet's beloved cousin Tybalt kills Romeo's friend, Mercutio, Romeo is unable to restrain himselfand kills Tybalt. Juliet is able to forgive Romeo for killing her beloved Tybalt.
