I am taking a photography course and I need an inexspensive digital camera with these features. The instructor recommended Canon PowerShot G5 or G6 both they appear to be exspensive at 500-700 dollars. I would appreciate suggestions of model that fit this criteria.

* 4 Megapixel (or higher) Sensor Resolution
* Manual Mode
* Auto Mode
* AV - Aperture Priority
* TV - Shutter Speed Priority
* Built-in Flash
* White Balance Control
* Scene Specific Exposure Mode/Compensation

When can someone be said to be able to think and take responsibility for their actions?

Many have said that a child should not be held responsible for their actions as they are too young to be able to know what they are doing. This is the case for many schools in Australia in regards to bulling. Children who bully are regarded as being unable to take responsibility for their actions, even in cases where the child who has been bullied has possibly major physical and psychological injuries that may stay for life, I have seen one such (and not isolated case) for myself where the child had a broken arm, lactations and mental anguish and the teacher and police could do nothing since he was 10 years old (this wasn't the first time).

So my question is at what point do children have to take responsibility for their actions? After how many times, what action, what damage done must we say enough is enough you will be held accountable like adults are?

Please explain your answers.
Thanks

I saw a programme about a 1500 BC building in Ireland which was so built that the rising sun shone directly into the main cult place on 21st December. Well, I thought, it's not often you get clear skies there at that time of year! So it must have been a lot sunnier when it was built. But then, maybe it was just the prehistoric mindset: like those desert drawings in South America, maybe it wasn't important whether it could be seen by human beings, because it was a god's eye view that counted. What do you think?

A house built on the sea shore in the sand will erode by the impact of the waves of the sea and eventually fall. A “super power” which focuses on “power over the world – a foreign policy” will eventually fail unless it diverts its’ attention to “its people” to strengthen its house. That’s why I believe that a “super power” should not be just a nation, a machine of military, government, its’ economy, and its’ influence abroad.
Today it should concentrate in strengthening and empowering its’ people to stand as a strong house on the shore of the sea of the world.

I am hoping to get an answer for this question from a philosophical point of view: I am 40 and single. When I go out to meet people, I feel conscious about my age because I have noticed that men (no matter what their age) prefers younger female. I look at the younger female around, and I also agree myself that many of them are more attractive than I am. I compare myself with the ladies who are older than I am, and I find myself more lucky than they are in the dating scenes. No one want to be alone, but we are where we are now. The fact is that we are no longer as desirable physically. There are people who says that we should marry yourself first, and there are people who switch their efforts into volunteering, etc., but I know that deep inside, there is a void that we really want to fill..... To me, many of the advises of how to deal with aging are just ways to divert your attention to the facts and the inevitable. Are there better advises, perspectives out there?

Explain manner in which the French settlers befriended the Huron Indians, Were Huron first to become friendly with them. I know the French did use a better technique from the beginning than the united states settlers by not ostrasizing their practices of sexuality etc. or saying their evil like the Puritans did. But did they offer them gifts. If so what sort?

I enjoy reading the Harry Potter books. I have gotten the last 4 books right as they came out (on the day) just to be amazed on what JKR was able to create. However, JKR's last book "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince" seemed rush, and well it felt as if she was just trying to fuge 600 + pages just to get the book finished. I don't think that it was her best work as it did not seem to follow the quaity in the books before that. She had too much filler of "love and romance" then action and tom-fooliery. I was wondering what everyone else thought since I was sicked by her last look. I even went online (after finishing it in 3 hrs) to find fan-fictions that where 10 times better of telling the story then JKR. So I want to see what everyone else thinks, should I contuine my tradtion of getting the book right as it comes out? Or should I wait to see if it's worth buying this time around?
