Though we have every type of facility, we are now becoming greedy day by day. We want to live the life style like others and so we are not satisfied with what we have. People staying in huts dream to live in flats, those living in flats dream to live in bunglows and so on. Our desire to achive greater things are going on increasing and so we will never want to be happy with what we have.

I guess when they have robotic whores...or matrix thing of world so you can have the same virtually, and have all your desires of acheivement such as work acheived in a generated dream worlds of fame, all you could ever want..worlds and so on..this will happen maybe. I can see it only taking time. Then all our wants will come true. With patience, technology will make us all more equal and all equally deserving of everything we can imagine. Food could be administered through pills of rich nutrients and we would eat in the virtual world...delicacies of wonder.

Then we will have no responsibility, no needs unsatisfied, no suffering, and we will be very satisfied. Not having to put with anyone, and being able to simply have it all at your service...for nothing. I await this age for those in the late 21st century or maybe early 22nd. Too bad I may not be alive. But I smirk at the realization that all those dictators, media dictators, work dicators, and sexual dictators...will be humiliated and sucking at the people's feet a century from now or severely raped....because anything anybody else has...you can have...even bill gates..with simply your flat, and a connection to the matrix, or the grandchild of the internet.

and even if this grand beautiful conception doesn't happen, science has given us the wonderful nuclear bomb, which will completely obliterate everything and set everything back to chaos, everybody in equal misery and dispair.

So yes, I am very glad to live in a scientific world, because I realize, that sooner or later, either we will have all our desires satisfied like anybody else, and all those who boasted will become humiliated...or we will all simply be living in ****, dog for dog, lame actors will be raped, and the grand 'untouchable' jewels of women actors will be very much raped as well, also affording me the great pleasure of knowing all the bitches and assholes can kiss my ***.

So yes, I very much am glad of this scientific world. :) very, very glad.

Human are natural beings. That is to say that we eat other organic things (i.e. plants, animal, etc.), we breath to keep our cells alive, we mate and we die. Technology is not of this 'order', and as such does none of these things. The more we surround ourselves with technology, make ourselves safe (from each other and the elements) with technology the more artificial our world becomes. To borrow an example from the Matrix our brains our telling us that something is wrong, we are trying to "wake up" from this way of being. This causes us to become dis-satisfied and restless. When we are unable to "wake up" or in this case get away from the artifical and into the raw and dangerous natural world that is when we become dispondent and even depressed which cases us to try and find a solution for in technology, a way top stop our selves from being in danger from ourselves (our orthers who may harm us). This sets up a vicious cycle as I'm sure you can see.

Hope this helps.

If we all get satisfied, then there is no growth.

There is unseen power that urges us to move in the direction we are today. According to each individuals mind-set, the paths are different and so the diversities.

There is no creation without a purpose. Although we think we have grown a lot, still our wisdom is just in KG or primary level only.

We are not living in "a scientific world". We range from stone-age to post-modern. Much of humanity is stuck in some past epoch where magic & angels & goblins & tree-spirits & god & lotsa gods etc etc still abound. People who believe the world is 6,000 years old, as per the literal bible, are not living in a world where radioactive decay can be measured beyond doubt and prove our planet to be billions of years old (4&1/2 billion, I think)

The root cause of the restlessness is within the man himself - scientific world has nothing to do within, it only change the outer world.

If your premise is, that living in a "scientific world" we should not be "restless," perhaps it's the other way around?

Scientific world is constantly disturbed by superstition, dogma, fundamentalism, and miracle cures.
Sciense also disturbs like nuclear energy being used militarily, medicines being used as poisons and money being used to influence politics.

it is the nature of man to be restless
it how we got to the moon, how we crossed oceans for the first time
our restlessness drives us to grater things
