Nothing professional, just for my own pleasure. I'm hoping to pick one up in the sales tomorrow, but I've heard you need specific types for taking photos in concert environments, anyone have any tips?

I am wanting to know where and what the first letter in old style book and fairytales are called. The very fanciful, and beautiful and over the top ornate letters are very interesting. I was wanting to know if there is a specific name for these type of letters. Any help would greatly appreciated

Hi,

Im looking for a webpage that i cant remember the name of, its very similar to gettyimages.com and rexfeatures.com

All the pictures are watermarked but unlike rex and getty you can click the images to make them larger to get a better look. The site had thousands of pics of celebrities and all sorts.

Can any one help?

I've worked my way through my local library's collection of Dean Koonz and Stephen King - can you recommend any other authors with a similar writing style?

I'm reading Dragon Tears by Dean Koontz. Have any of you read it? How was it. It's dragging on a bit in the beginning and I'm curious if it will turn out decent or if I shouldn't bother.

I've been taking vocal lessons for five years now, and I know I can sing, and that the people who have heard me preform enjoyed listening to my voice. But everytime I go up there to preform even when I know the song inside out I get nervous, it doesn't make my throat tense up, but I keep getting nervous and appearing as though I want to hide from the audience. I've had people try to hepl me before but I seem to be appearing even more shy every time I preform! Forexample I'll be trying to stand up straight when I sing, but I can't get myself to staighten up, my hands start to shake, I can't look up and I constantly stare at the microphone. Does anyone have any advice on how to get over this? I'd call it stage fright but I'm not afraid to go up and sing I just look as though I am. ^^;

Sadly, I would like to know how it feels to be burned. I'm writing a book and in it, my main character has to be burned by fire. I can't really make it realistic if I don't know how it feels. So tell me, how does it feel to be burned by fire?
