I'm designing a bench out of wood that would be outside all year round and exposed to all the elements. I want it to be colorful but I don't want to have to refinish it every 1 or 2 years...would encaustic paint be a good idea?

i found a coin that is silver and about the size of a quarter, on the front there is a man that looks like a korean general. on the back there is a temple with 2 dogs leaning on it and they look like there are howling, the temple has towers and the letters that are on the coin look hebrew what is this coin and what is it worth???
