Think about it.
To commit suicide, as per the definition on planet earth, one must be alive, also as per the definition on earth. Are you saying that God is bound by the life and death process ? If God is omnipotent and eternal, as you say, then God must be above life and death.
Personally, God is whatever guided the formation of the universe, and everything in, and beyond, it:Nature. God did not create rules of conduct for humans. God simply created harmony in the cosmos.

The God of the Christian religion is a trinity. Jesus aka God became flesh...hence He could...BUT...thou shall not kill...hence He would be breaking one of His own commandments...hence he would be in sin and could no longer be God...but the act of suicide is not actually a sin since it is more of a mental illness symptom. So back to the omnipotent and eternal. I believe the answer is no.

He could not and you, as a person that is part of God, can.
It is a difficult answer as it is true God is omnipotent with everyone and some people do commit suicide.

hmmm...god?...God?...what do you propose via this? You state there at the instant are no presuppositions, so shall we attempt to verify what you propose. certainly it could't be the Judea-christian God, for that presupposes lots. you should additionally no longer propose god via the different faith stumbled on in this international. you ought to understand god because of the fact the infinite journey. For one, you admit this below your 5th qualification; and a couple of, this is the only ideal definition without presuppositions. The situations you provide to god are eternal and all-powerful. To the terrific of my awareness, i know no longer something that has those characteristics. do you know of something it quite is eternal? all-powerful? You certainly do no longer. in case you do, it may require faith. So, god is that which could't be defined by reason. as a result, any answer on your question is basically no longer philosophical in nature, yet somewhat theological hypothesis. To paraphrase Kant in his Critique of organic reason: using organic reason, you will no longer prepare the existence of God, nor the non-existence of God. Nor can we authentically communicate suicide interior god. as a result, the only available answer is.....we are in a position to no longer know. the different formula could require assumptions, obscure definitions, and insufficient use of the English language.

Philosophy. You really should study your subject better. This is a non-starter. It is the same as the irresistable force meeting the unstoppable object. One cannot exist where the other does. Now, anymore questions?
Also, the question is older then dirt. Nothing new here? Well heck, I'll look elsewhere.

To be taken seriously you really must complete sentences. To seperate the pretenders ... from what?
Also it would help to ask a question that has not been asked 2500 times this year.

Why? What would be the reason?
G-D is a supreme being an energy source and infinitively a surviving force over all. What purpose would there be to do anything so human?
How boring, but then again people are pretty boring too.

He wouldn't try.
I hate hypothetical questions like this cause there is no way ever that it would ever take place, and no one learns from them either.
If God tried to commit suicide, that's not a very godly thing to do, so he's not God....

He could remake himself so that He was able to die and then commit suicide, if He so chose.
Jesus is a manifestation of God, and He made Him so that He could die.
