Do you ever feel alone?

Do you ever feel as if no one in the world truly cares about you? Do you feel as if all the friends you've ever made were simply empty aquaintances?

I feel alone everyday even though that I have lots of friends and I have a family that cares mucj about me but I always keep everything for myself and I know it's my fault because I don't speak about my problems but it's something that I can't change always remember that in life you are always alone because you are always a single person attached to no one.

Sure. I think everyone feels alone at some point and time. I have looked at some of the previous answers and those who said No they don't feel alone are just lying to themselves. I think it is perfectly natural to feel this way and I think it comes out a lot during the holidays. Sometimes when I feel this way I will go and watch a movie I really liked as a child or volunteer with a local animal shelter. (Animals almost always make you feel better, it's always beneficial to be around those who have no judgment) Sometimes maybe you just need to go have a casual conversation with the local coffee shop employee. You never know you might brighten their day too!!

I have thought about this a lot and I can honestly say that I have not felt alone in a long time. When I was a young man 25 years old almost daily i felt a strange sadness at the dusk and could not figure why that was happening to me. Now, when I listen a certain type of music I feel sad but truthfully never alone.

Sure, I do, but then I use it as a time to reflect. It's a good time to weed out the so called friends, that are really not. And then I go out to places I feel I might meet someone who can make a positive difference in my life.
I am very selective with who I associate with now. I just got fed up with lazy bumbags, the leaches, and guys who just want my hard earned money. Oh and the guys who just want an arm-hanger. (I look good, but I don't center my life on looks).
Make it a New Years Resolution...Dump the loose-rs, who aren't really friends. And Widen your horizons with interesting people. I am so happy I did that... I look back and laugh at some of those knuckleheads I thought were my friends.

Yes, and no, This is a chemical imbalance in are heads that cause these feelings, When if you stop and think about it you probabley have allot of people that like you and do care about you. example I'm a complete stranger but here I am answering your question because I care, and so dose at least 15 other people that i can see. So don't get down on your self think positive and live life to it's fullest. Good luck friend....

Do I feel as if no one truly cares about me? Yes. Now, ask me if I'll never meet anyone or any people who won't care for me in the future, and my answer will be NO.

There are certain times in life where everything falls apart, or maybe there's just nothing in your life, that it's empty and people are just coming in and out. Well, that's life. Life is sad, honestly, but that doesn't mean you should stay in your corner and tell yourself no one cares or ever will care about you. Things go up and down in life, and trust me, I know how you feel. Just stick it out and see it through. Keep going through life. Stay positive as well. No matter what kind of person you are, evil, good, neutral, you have to have positivity in your life. People will come, and people will go. Some people will stay, some people will leave completely. That's just life, and that's nothing to frown upon because you're still alive. Just see it through. If you're into religion, go pray. If you're into spirituality, go soul search. If you're into nothing, just stop and think, and again, stay positive.

there are many ways to feel lonely
but best not to dwell on it
do something fix the problem or fill it with something else
like how i drown out the world in videogames or pull pranks
feeling lonely?do something to make yourself feel better
you have to do it for yourself
cant expect another to mozzy on by and cheer you up make you feel loved
so you do something about it
fill that emptiness with a loved one
or something like a movie
or something with animals
animals are calming soothing
they always raise my spirits

I definitely feel lonely at times, sometimes without any explanation, but not to where I don't feel loved by loved ones. I think it's chronic depression. I do get depressed, and maybe it's me not wanting to be social at that point. Sometimes others emotions can rub off on me, and I can't handle their emotion on top of mine. I'm usually ok after having sometime to myself.

Everyone feels alone, but you can have great friends and family and still be feel lonely. Loneliness is a state of mind. God promised that he would never leave or forsake us and that He would bea friend that sticks closer than a brother. God cares and he is with all of us.

Before yes, until I've learned how to spend my time wisely doing a little of this and a little bit of that when I'm bored, you should try it sometimes.
