who else thinks that all it means is that we are closer to the end of the world, seriously, God says the earth will be destroyed, why would he let us inhabit another planet? all that means to me is that we're near zero hour.

My little sister's reading "Whatever Happened to Janie" in school. I had already read "The Face on the Milk Carton" before, but I had never read this book. So, I borrowed it from her...just finished reading it yesterday. The thing that confused me was how Stephen went from hating Janie to loving her as a sister. Did I like miss something? What were the steps Stephen had to take in order to obtain peace about Janie?

Here's what I think so far...

an 8x10 color headshot, glossy of course.

......................

Now, the resume needs to be there somewhere...should it be stapled on the back of it? Or would it be better if it was PRINTED on the back of the headshot?

What else?

Describe to me the perfect headshot, realistically. Perhaps you have the perfect headshot.

Detail the most you can. Including the pose on the picture. Whether your smile shows teeth or not. Whether it should or not.

What I am talking about is facial reconstructions of ancient skulls like they do on TV. You know how they do with Ancient Pharohs well how come I NEVER see Ancient Greeks and Romans reconstructed?

Kind of like the study Popular Mechanics did on "What Jesus may have looked like" based on what people of the area looked like 1000's of years ago..

In the book macbeth, the three witches in the begining of the story tell Banquo and MacBeth that MacBeth will become king and that Banquo will be the father of the future kings...

at the end of the story after MacBeth dies (as planned by the witches) a character named Malcolm takes the throne and becomes the new king...

How is what the witches said right? I dont think Banquo and Malcolm are related at all.

In 1858, before he became president, Lincoln said "I am not, nor ever have been, in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races."

How can this statement be reconciled with Lincoln's 1863 Emancipation Proclamation?
