side split stretches:
1st stretch:take a thick book and put it down on the ground then put one of your feet on it and go down into the splits position as far as u can and hold it there for like 2 minutes and switch legs.then do it without the book.
2nd stretch:put one leg straight in front and the other leg fully bended and try to touch your foot that is straight and hold it for like 1 min then switch legs.
3rd stretch do the splits as far as u can down and hold it for 1 or 2 mins and switch legs.
4th stretch:if u can do the splits then hold your front foot for 30sec-1min then sit straight and bend your back and extend your arms backwards and do it with the other leg.
5th stretch:you can do lunges

middle splits:

OK first of all the reason you can do a straddle and not the splits is because when you straddle your hips are up, but any way. You should sit on the floor and press your feet together and pull them as close to you as you can and push down. Hold as long as possible. After you do that leave on foot close to you and put one strait out in front of you and lean forward(point you toes) try to touch your knee. Then switch legs. You can also put both feet in front of you and do the same just try to touch your knees.

sitting in your spilts while watching t.v. or just sitting around can help a lot. consistancy is key but dont over do it, you can pull a muscle. The stretches i use for my left and right spilts are quad stretch and starting to go down into my spilts but keeping my front leg bent. when you're done with that shift your weight to your back leg and make you front leg straight, lean forward. You can also do hurdler stretch and pike. For the center splits you can do lateral lunge or you can lay flat on your stomach and push you're legs open against a wall.

good luck. and dont over stretch!

take it slow, some people arn't made to just slide into the splits, it took me 7 years just to get my left splits, and i still dont have my center or right splits. try sitting on the floor and go into the splits and bend your front knee under your thigh
