I think the Canadians still has that sort of feelings since Canada were the last former British Empire in North America. This is also why they were accepted as part of the British Commonwealth nations just like India,Pakistan,Singapore,Malaysia and Australia. How about the people in the United States?I still believe they have many blood relatives in the UK or in the other regions of the European blocks that they haven't seen or met since half a century ago.Why the United States Of America were not listed as part of the Commonwealth nations?I'm very sorry to ask these questions since i don't know much about the history of North America.Hope you guys would mind to give some infos about these. For those who replied, thanks a lot:-))

I am thinking about starting my first book and I was wondering if anyone has any advice to give me for it?
I have wanted to start a book before, but everytime I get about 5 chapters into the story I chicken out, and immeadiatly bail my project. I chicken out because I am somewhat paranoid, and feel that people are watching me write the book. It feels akward that people I know will read my book. And as crazy as this may sound...I dislike getting comments, be they good or bad. Let's stray from that for a bit.

About writing the book, are there any difficulties to get through while writing it?

raindrops keep falling
as if they bring a massage from the sky
and storm is slowly approaching
clouds still continue to cry
i look out of the window and think
how empty i feel inside
this darkness is scaring me deeply
my heart is my only guide
five years it has been today
your lips no more i kiss
your hand no more i hold
your touch the most i miss...

Hi, I'm looking for the rare fourth book of the enchanted wood/magic faraway tree series by Enid Blyton. I have the first three: The Enchanted Wood, The Magic Faraway Tree, The Folk of the faraway tree. But I'm missing the fourth one:

"UP the Faraway Tree"

I would like to get it in the same format as the other books, the small paper back size but with a hard cover and an index on the back. I have checked eBay but no luck. Thanks!

I need a title. It's mostly close up photographs of nature. I was thinking either

1. Preserving Summer

or

2. Preservation of Summer

What do you think?

(Respectful answers only, please.)
