In this stunt a girl jump on a guys stomach from a chair.
I am 110 pound girl and my friend is 200 pound guy who is in martial arts, should we try this stunt or is it too dangerous?

Stupid is what it is.
You could rupture his spleen without leaving a mark on his torso. He'd look perfectly fine for a while, but would develop vague symptoms like nausea which would intensify over time, and result with him passing out and possibly dying before anyone knows to call for help.
Some football player ruptured his spleen during a game recently and is only alive now because the team doctors and trainers are right there to examine and treat injuries.

I really recommend you don't try it because you can seriously injure your friend. Go ahead and do it if you really need to (you know what scratch that, don't try you might as well throw him off a building) why the hell would you do it if there is high risk of injury (why would you it at all). beside those three probably know what they're doing (believe it or not)
very bad bad bad idea they should really say "DONT TRY THIS AT HOME" in big red bllody letters with some skull behind it....
