I don't consider myself to be on either 'side'. I mean, there's some liberal views I like, there's some conservative views I like.

1.) Gun Control: I oppose it. The Constitution clearly says that we have a right to bear arms

2.) Abortion: I support it. I believe a woman has her individual freedom and liberty to make her own choices. Why shouldn't she have that right just because some folks think it's immoral?

3.) Gay marriage: I seriously don't care. I really don't have an opinion on this issue. If gays are allowed to marry, fine I don't care. If they can't get married, fine I don't care.

4.) Illegal immigration: I'm with the conservatives on this one. illegal immigration is a serious problem that needs to get fixed and amnesty is NOT the answer. I'm all for deportation, ICE raids, a wall along the border etc. Most liberals I know oppose those things.

5.) Stem-cell research: I'm all for it. This is scientific breakthrough that will help humanity in the long run.

My daughter is 20 years old and Tonight, I do not want her driving past 8:00 P.M. because it's new years eve. She was supposed to be going bowling with her friends and I asked her friend who is 21 to drive her and her friends to the bowling alley. She was very upset with me. She had planned to have her friend's stay at our house but got angry with me and decided to stay at a girlfriend's house instead. She wants to drive to the girlfriend's house but I do not feel comfortable with her driving there at 10:00 P.M. after they go bowling. I asked her friend again to drive her to the girlfriend's house and I told my daughter I would pick her up the next morning. She is VERY angry with me.

Am I being a bit overprotective??

During the day a lot of the time I feel like I'm on autopilot. I can be talking to someone, doing an activity, working then all of a sudden it's like I wake up. I really don't even remeber much of what I said or did. Happens all the time. To people I act fine, they see no change in me. But I feel it, sometimes I think im just crazy or something. I have a 8 month old German Shepherd and hes been scratching His ear for about a week now. It is bleeding on the Flappy part of his ear not inside. His ear is starting to get red and it hurts him so much that I cant touch it or sooth it so he would feel better. I dont know if hes just scratching his ear like a normal dog. Do you think its because he has long nails (i dont cut them cause i dont know how.) or is there an infection. Please help. Im really sad right now =(
