During the day a lot of the time I feel like I'm on autopilot. I can be talking to someone, doing an activity, working then all of a sudden it's like I wake up. I really don't even remeber much of what I said or did. Happens all the time. To people I act fine, they see no change in me. But I feel it, sometimes I think im just crazy or something. Any idea what this could be?

Well I do believe I suffer from panic and anxiety. Never been diagnosed, I just "deal" with it each and every day. I'm constantly tired, no matter how much I've slept. When I drink alcohol now, it has a much stonger effect on me. The next day my anxiety will be a lot worse also. I also worry alot, and expect the worse out of every situation.

Yes it sure sounds like depression to me too. It sounds to me like you need to go see a psychologist. You need to see about getting on some medication. They have antidepressants that will help both with your anxiety and social problems as well. Don't just put up with this crap you can feel a whole lot better!

Sounds like a chemical imbalance of some sort - might want to go visit a Doctor - - does this also happen to you when you drive a car???

I'm thinking this could be very dangerous if left unchecked...for you AND people around you.

I am starring this because I have those symptoms as well. I know what you mean. It's like you wake up from a dream or something. It's weird.

Well people are very sensitive creatures. It may be that your having a bit of anxiety or panic. Could even be as simple as you've had too much coffee or caffeine. Try to relax and realize that everyone is different. What is normal for one person is not neccesarily normal for another.
Peace.

I found peace of mind in prayer especially in the spirit (speaking in tongues). go find a pentecostal church that teaches baptism in jesus name and the infilling of the holy ghost. when they make the alter call go down to the front and present yourself to the lord He'll do the rest! google UPC churches where ever you are. God bless!
