I really like certain seafood, like prawns, crab and lobster. Not really into shark or anything too adventurous.

I'm from Britain. The only national dishes we have here are fish and chips, or a selection of "puddings" made from various reconstituted animal organs ground up and mixed with blood.
I usually go with fish and chips.
