I don't consider myself to be on either 'side'. I mean, there's some liberal views I like, there's some conservative views I like.

1.) Gun Control: I oppose it. The Constitution clearly says that we have a right to bear arms

2.) Abortion: I support it. I believe a woman has her individual freedom and liberty to make her own choices. Why shouldn't she have that right just because some folks think it's immoral?

3.) Gay marriage: I seriously don't care. I really don't have an opinion on this issue. If gays are allowed to marry, fine I don't care. If they can't get married, fine I don't care.

4.) Illegal immigration: I'm with the conservatives on this one. illegal immigration is a serious problem that needs to get fixed and amnesty is NOT the answer. I'm all for deportation, ICE raids, a wall along the border etc. Most liberals I know oppose those things.

5.) Stem-cell research: I'm all for it. This is scientific breakthrough that will help humanity in the long run.

So as you can see, there's liberals views I like and liberal views I don't like. Likewise with the conservatives.

So what am I? am I liberal, conservative or a little bit of both?

confident, nicely this merely demonstrates that maximum individuals finally end up being a contradiction in words. are you able to call that a paradox? provided that the choice is genuine needless to say. to no count if liberal conservatism could nicely be embraced with the help of those conservatives who're greater liberal than definitely conservative, i think of, is something that could desire to be debated liberally in a conservatory way.

From my point of view, a very interesting question for you is whether you are judicially conservative or judically liberal. For example, how do you feel about the Sup. Ct. legalizing abortion with its interpretation of the Constitution? How do you feel about the court of Massachusetts interpretting that state's constitution in the way that they did?

On the immigration issue, most "conservative" leaders are bought and paid for by big corporations who love illegal immigration because it provides cheap labor. Many liberals (like myself) oppose illegal immigration because illegals drive down wages for middle class Americans (along with causing lots of other problems...). From what I have seen, the majority of both democratic and republican voters want more restrictions on illegal immigration, but the leaders of both parties are unresponsive!

That depends on the stem cells you favor using. If you want the ones that destroy life and have produced zero results you are a liberal. If you choose the adult stem cells responsible for over 30 breakthroughs you are a conservative.

yes but did you notice the conservatives didn't bring up illegal immigrants until just before the last election? and not right after 9/11 when everyone knows that those terrorist were illegal immigrants with forged id? and back then it would have mattered if bush did that as his very first campaign promise? [ getting rid of the illegal immigrant/terrorist]

i would say a moderate.i am against gun control and illegal aliens. i don't care about gays either. as for abortion, it just seems people use it as a means of birth control. stem-cell research can now be duplicated in a lab.
