'Congress is set to approve a plan to integrate the U.S. and Israeli missile defense systems. The proposal, authored by U.S. Rep. Mark Kirk (R-Ill.), is part of the Defense Authorization Act passed late Wednesday by the U.S. House of Representatives and due to be considered by the Senate before Christmas break.

Under the proposal, the secretary of defense must within six months present a plan to Congress a plan "to improve the coordination, interoperability, and integration of the U.S. National Ballistic Missile Defense System with Israel's missile defense architecture," a statement from Kirk's office said.'

It is just making official what is already the case - the US and Israeli military and governments are basically the same.

I just got married and me and my husband were very excited. For some reason lately we havent really been communicating very well. Were starting to sleep with out holding each other anymore and we havent been talking lately. He just switched jobs we had worked together and worked well together. We got in an arguement and he said some not so nice things to me, he apologized and got me roses and really apologized but for some reason every since then I havent been able to feel the same. He didnt call me any names or anything but we're having a new baby and I have two young children 1 and 2 yrs old and work 45-50hrs a wk. I dont have energy to do house work exc.. so I feel like I am about to break down b/c I want to make sure eveything gets done.He helps clean exc..but its still overwhelming to me. I dont know what to do we just got married and shouldnt it still be peaches and cream. Should we do counseling or what he says he doesnt want to argue and we havent since just not really talking.

OK this is the final one. Question is:

What is the greatest prime factor of (4^17) - (2^28)?

Answer is, apparently, 7.
Again there is a VERY long way of working this out but there must be a short cut. There's obviously some relation between 4 and 2 when powered up (?!) but I can't get all the way to the answer.

This is common for Americans to speak this way. However, don't they teach the English Language in American schools? "Period", does Not mean the end. It refers to a gap or space in time before the next statement. Saying "Period" is like saying "Extra long Full-Colan", or "I'm waiting for you to say your say." Said with varying emotion varies the meaning. Perhaps they should say, "Gotta run, having a period." Better yet, if they just said nothing.

My current laptop computer is an Acer with a 1.4GHz Celeron M processor. Recently I've been having a few problems with it and I think now is the time to move on!

My question is about the different types of processor available. The computers I have looked at online have all been either Intel Core 2 Duo or AMD Athlon 64X2. The Athlon ones are cheaper in general than the Intel, but is there a marked drop in performance? I won't be gaming but I need to edit and produce music as well as more general things like watching DVDs and surfing etc.

Somebody has told me the Athlon processors are less stable and more prone to crashing; is there any truth in this? Would I be better off spending a little more for an Intel or are the Athlons just as good with a smaller price tag?

I have noticed in my fumblings around the world of mathematics some funny things with square roots. For example:

(sqrt of 72) * pi = 6 * (sqrt of 2) * pi

I can see that something is happening here with factors of 72 but can't quite get my brain around what.
