Christians routinely deny the existence of Odin, Zeus, Woden, Neptune and so on, why do they have such a hard time understanding folks who don't believe in THEIR chosen object of worship?

My motherboard has 4 ram slots. it is able to support 4gb ram for 32 bit.... and 8gb for 64 bit os. Right now, I have two 1-gig sticks running in dual channel. they are both the same brand and the same amount of memory.
Now I have 2 ram slots left.
Im planning to get a pair of 512mb sticks..... will all my ram run in dual channel if my ram arrangement is like this:

Slot1: 1GB
Slot2: 1GB
Slot3: 512MB
Slot 4: 512MB

Slot 1 and 2 are yellow, slot 3 and 4 are black.

i just built my computer couple days ago... and i installed vista in it.... 2gb is still kinda low for my applications.....

about 4 years ago my 22 year old cousin molested me...I was 12...he touched me all over and fondled my privates...I am a girl...I really want to report it b/c I am always thinking about it & I have nightmares about it...but the problem is that he has a family now and I don't want to ruin his life and I just keep thinking that he just touched me(and also fingered me a little)...why does it affect me so much...also he has a 9 year old daughter and my other cousin is 12...so please I need your help...what should I do? I think I understand how the brain knows if a sound is to your left or your right, simply because you have an ear either side of your head, and if one ear is picking up a greater intensity of sound then your brain knows the source of the sound is to that sound. But how does your brain know if a sound is directly in front of you or behind you? I thought of this while listening to a wonderful rendition of Beethoven's Ninth this evening at the Barbican! Thanks in advance.

He was drunk and hit my parked car. The police were called and they took him to the station and interviewed him (I dont know any more) and im waiting for the police report.

Ok so, I had a dream that I was in World War Two, and I was a Nazi(even though I don't think that there were any female soldiers in WWIIO.o). It was sooo realistic, I vividly remember one of my commrades getting his head blown off right beside me. Before I woke up, I can remember getting shot in the chest, leg, and back, then I fell over and was about to die. When I woke up I was freaking out and screaming, and I had terrible, sharp pains in the places where I had been shot in the dream. I don't know what made me have a dream like that, I hadn't watched anything on tv or anything like that about war, or nazis, or stuff like that. And I find it weird that I was a Nazi because I'm mixed(half German, half black).

okay. this is about my weight. and concerns.
see, i'm 14, 5"8, and 122 lbs. my mother took me to this.. ornagic, health specialest person, of whom made a comment, highly suggesting that i'm overweight. i've been worrying about it since. i know it doesn't matter what others think, but, if i /am/ overweight, i'd like to fix that. or if somehow i'm underweight. i want to be healthy..

Bible Sales

A minister concluded that his church was getting into serious
financial troubles.

While checking the church storeroom, he discovered several cartons of
new bibles that had never been opened and distributed. So at his
Sunday sermon he asked for three volunteers from the congregation who
would be willing to sell the bibles door-to-door for $10 each to raise
the desperately needed money for the church.

Peter, Paul and Louie all raised their hands to volunteer for the
task. The minister knew that Peter and Paul earned their living as
salesmen and were likely capable of selling some bibles but he had
serious doubts about Louie. Louie was just a little local farmer, who
had always tended to keep to him because he was embarrassed by his
speech impediment. Poor little Louis stuttered very badly. But, not
wanting to discourage poor Louis, the minister decided to let him try
anyway.

He sent the three of them away with the back seat of their cars
stacked with bibles and asked them to meet with him and report the
results of their door-to-door selling efforts the following Sunday.

Anxious to find out how successful they were, the minister immediately
asked Peter, "Well, Peter, how did you make out selling our bibles
last week?"

Proudly handing the reverend an envelope, Peter replied, "using my
sales prowess, I was able to sell 20 bibles, and here's the $200 I
collected on behalf of the church."

"Fine job, Peter!" The minister said, vigorously shaking his hand.
"You are indeed a fine salesman and the Church is indebted to you."
Turning to Paul, he asked "And Paul, how many bibles did you manage to
sell for the church last week?"

Paul, smiling and sticking out his chest, confidently replied, "I am a
professional salesman and was happy to give the church the benefit of
my sales expertise. Last week I sold 28 bibles on behalf of the
church, and here's $280 I collected."

The minister responded, "That's absolutely splendid, Paul. You are
truly a professional salesman and the church is also indebted to you."

Apprehensively, the minister turned too little Louie and said, "And
Louie, did you manage to sell any bibles last week?"

Louie silently offered the minister a large envelope. The reverend
opened it and counted the contents. "What is this?" the minister
exclaimed. "Louie, there's $3200 in here! Are you suggesting that you
sold 320 bibles for the church, door to door, in just one week?

Louie just nodded.

That's impossible!" both Peter and Paul said in unison. "We are
professional salesmen, yet you claim to have sold 10 times as many
bibles as we could."

"Yes, this does seem unlikely," the minister agreed. "I think you'd
better explain how you managed to accomplish this, Louie."

Louie shrugged "I-I-I- re-re-really do-do-don't kn-kn-know f-f-f-for
sh-sh-sh-sure," he stammered.

Impatiently, Peter interrupted. "For crying out loud, Louie, just tell
us what you said to them when they answered the door!"

"A-a-a-all I-I-I s-s-said wa-wa-was," Louis replied, "W-w-w-w-would
y-y-y-you l-l-l-l-l-like t-t-to b-b-b-buy th-th-th-this b-b-b-b-bible
f-f-for t-t-ten b-b-b-bucks ---o-o-o-or--- wo-wo-would yo-you
j-j-j-just l-like m-m-me t-t-to st-st-stand h-h-here and
r-r-r-r-r-read it t-to y-y-you?"
