im 18 and my breasts are 36C is this a normal size?????

Normal depends on the frame of your body. Your breasts will get a lot bigger once you start having children (which you should wait for)
36C is about average though.

Yep! Any cup size is normal but 36C is about the average cup size of women throughout North America.
