This question probably floats around a lot but I have specifics to deal with here:
I currently have two comps, a desktop with XP and a laptop with Vista.
Specs of desktop: 512 MB RAM, 160 GB HD, XP Home Edition. Has worked beautifully for the past three years and counting.
Laptop: 2 GB RAM, 240 GB HD, Vista Home Premium. Only six months old, no major problems yet. I usually use it for school use so if I occasionally do some gaming and what not, it's not a hassle.

A lot of people tell me (and offer to lend me the XP OS software) that I should zero out my laptop and install XP from fresh.

My question is should I keep Vista as is and give it more time or go with the system I'm more familiar with?
As far as daily activities go, I'm a moderate gamer and plan to use my laptop mostly for school purposes. So far the speed my laptop has offered has been more than adequate and I have a flash drive I use ReadyBoost with if it becomes a problem. Any opinions on XP/Vista are appreciated.

We are a small group in Oklahoma with only foster homes, and don't want to go all the way with the costly 501c3. Someone has mentioned a way to have donations tax deductible without it. We would get some more donations from people if they could have it as a deduction. This person said we would be similar to a 501c3 non profit, but we would not be able to get grants.

How do you know that you will be with your deceased loved one again if you aren't religious and she wasn't either. She believed when you're gone, you're gone. I have so many people preaching at me about God, but so much of the religious stuff isn't logical to me, and I just can't have blind faith in something that doesn't make sense to me. Any ideas on how to feel sure that I will be with her again one day?

whats up with hating the patriots and loving the cowboys?im not saying im a fan of either one of them,but it seems that evertime the pats do something people always jump on them.but then you go to dallas.and you know as well as i know that home officals sorta "bend the rules"sort of speak.but then the cowboys go and do something and there the best team ever?thats not right.what if the cowboys were caught cheating?what would happen?they would probly say it didnt happen and they never cheat.thats how it is for the pats.its like people are saying "hey your not aloud to be a pats fan!"and come on "americas team"?but they call the pats showoffs and stuff.they have a hole in the stadium so god can watch his team.who said they are his team?so why is the reason everyone love the cowboys but hate the pats?

I grew up ugly...no other word to say but ugly. Very chubby, very weird looking, with no fashion sense. I didn't have many friends for that very reason...the few friends I did had were very kind hearted people who liked me for what I was on the inside.

Around junior years things started to change. I lost a good deal of weight, my face changed (sounds crazy but I swear to it), and I started taking care of myself. Got nice hair, nice clothes, nice makeup. I'm not hot stuff or anything but I'm not ugly like I used to be.

Now I'm almost 20 and I don't know how to act around certain people. Girls who made fun of me in high school and boys who wouldn't give me a second look are now trying to be my friend. They give me more attention now than all four years of high school.

But I don't know whether to be friendly back or treat them the way they treated me when they thought I was not worthy of their attention.

What do you think?

There4, he let go inside of me. I just got on birth control this month, but only took it 4 eight days. I kinda 4got about them because I had just had surgery on my teeth, and I was taking antibotics and pain medicine. My cycle 4 Nov. started to spot on the 22nd, but actually came on the 24h. It stayed on until the 14th of December. My mom said since I started the b/cpills over is probably the reason it stayed 4 two weeks.(It stayed on 4 three weeks foreal.) One girl told me that there is only 1 week out of a month to get pregnant, & that's the cycle week. So, do you think I could still have the possibility of being pregnant????!!!!

Hi, my mother in law is from India. My husband applied green card for her and she wants to live with us forever. She takes cares of my little daughter 3 yrs old. And she is so bossy to control my house and my kid. She takes care of her at night too. I argued many times with her to take care my kid. But she fighted and yelled to me. And my husband is always with her. They just totally ignored me. We almost get divorced because of her.
My question is in CA, if she always takes care of her, is that favor to my husband when there is custody issue? Who usuaaly get physical custody in CA?
Second, is there a way to get her out of my house? She made me totally stressed and sick of house.
If we argued again when I want to sleep and take care of my kid, she argue, can I call police?

I live in a housing complex and my neighbors are so annoying! They have no kids over there and all day long they smoke weed from morning to night not on their porch but in their home, and u can smell the weed when they open the door every one comes over their to smoke and all day long people are knocking on the door disturbing me even though they have a doorbell. i am ok with them but only because they are my neigbors and im just being friendly but secretly i cant stand being next to them how can i convince my landlord to move me to another apartment without me snitching and telling about the weed they constantly smoke because im trying to raise a family here and its really stressing me out i feel like im next door to a tavern.

Ok, I am a 21 year old man, slightly overweight. I do smoke. I am having some problems, and it would be great if someone could help me out.

Ok, I have TMJ in my right side of my mouth (TMJ started acting up again about 5 or 6 days ago) . Not sure if that has anything to do with that, but about 2 days ago, I started feeling this slight resonating pain 2-3 times in a row for 2-3 seconds, every 15-20 seconds. Like it starts off strong, and quickly fades away in all directions. It is located under the right side of my right breast. like by that bone right under the right breast.

The pain, till about 10 minutes ago, just resonates around that area, but now I can feel the resonating pain travel up to my back and in a 5 inch radius from the spot it originates from. I am hoping it doesn't have anything to do with my lungs, because breathing seems fine, and breathing does not cause the pain.

is it time to move on! I have met someone else and she wants more.after being hurt how long should you take for yourself before moving on into anouther relationship. and when should I consider sex with this new person! My fiance isn't very close with her family but I am mine. I go to her family dinners for Christmas and Thanksgiving. But I have a had time getting her to go to mine, she says she's uncomfrontable around my family but I have no idea why their all very nice to her.
