Yup, at your local grocery store. Tell the checker how much you need. They usually come in 10Lbs blocks though they can be broken up into smaller portions of your need. You are usually charged by the pound.

some grocery stores have it, some don't. The Safeway store near me just started to carry it.

in some places there mexicans who walk around streets pushing carts that has ice cream in it . if they are nice enough u can ask them to buy dry ice. u can get a big chunk for about one dollar. sum times they wont give it to u becuz they need it for their ice cream
