I get so tired of hearing the same old rant about "all of the cars look the same." People think that they should take a car off of the factory floor and race it. While that would be interesting to see, it would essentially kill the manufacturer competition. Whichever manufacturer produced the best handling, fastest, and most aerodynamic vehicle would be the car every team picked to drive. If Ford had the best show room cars, everybody would be driving Fords. And then you'd have 43 cars that were now EXACTLY the same.....manufacturer and all. The current system allows the manufacturers to be competitive with one another.

I REALLY LIKE BOTH OF THESE NAMES. JACKSON WAS MY MOMS LAST NAME (SHE PASSED AWAY) AND I THINK ITS A REALLY CUTE 1ST NAME, BUT I HATE THE FACT THE THAT PEOPLE MAY CALL HIM JACK, ALSO MY NAME IS JACKIE AND I DONT WANT PEOPLE TO THINK I NAMED HIM AFTER ME. but i feel healthy!! and have never had any type of problem. and my body functions just fine. she only "thinks" they are swollen judging by there size, they have always been the size of large eggs you would buy in a supermarket. is going to the doctor(a) not needed, im fine (i think so) or (b) should i just get checked

I have been having thoughts over the past year that people are hiding from me that I am sick, or dying, even though I feel fine generally. Also, I am a hypochondriac. I get more anxious at night, and sometimes I will stay up all night because I keep having the thoughts over and over that people are hiding something they know about me. When I have an appointment with a doctor, or talk with a family member, I seem to read a lot into what they are saying, and I believe they mean other things, even though I know this is irrational. Am I going crazy or something? I just can't shake the thoughts out of my head. When my therapist talked about setting a goal, I was thinking that she wanted me to have a goal because I was dying, even though I know this was irrational to think.
Should I tell my psychiatrist my thoughts? I don't know if I should because he seems to be a little judgemental. He might think I am delusional. But are my thoughts neurotic or psychotic or what?

well i woke up and it was dark, i felt like something was on top of me.. i couldnt move. when i tried to move my legs i couldnt.
and i tried screaming but nothing came out. it was really scary and felt real. i think i was awake.. because it was dark (night) and nothing was different than when i could move again..
and i dont remember blinking to wake up. why did it happen.

could this mean anything?..

Recently, the only way to see a recent dinosaur movie in a 2.35:1 ratio was the 2005 remake of King Kong. All the others required a 1.85:1 ratio for the dinosaurs to have more headroom. The question is How can I shoot a dinosaur movie in a 2.35:1 ratio despite the limitations of that ratio? How Can I solve the problems of shooting a dinosaur movie in a 2.35:1 ratio? Would I shoot a dinosaur movie in a 2.35:1 ratio but with plates shot in the VistaVision format for the dinosaurs to have more headroom? Can I enhance the VistaVision plates for a dinosaur movie with modern anamorphic lenses and unsqueezed it and resize it to fit the Cinemascope ratio? How can I do it? Well, Answer me.

Just wrote a question about this more...But have to ask something along the same lines...
I know i hate it when kids cry and are upset...4 and 2..But I know I have to suck it up and they will be ok.
Im thinking this is a problem for my sister and her teen. Since I dont see how shes hasnt been grounded for longer period of times for attitude, disrespect, back talk, ect...
Also this 14 yr old..About 2 yrs ago - attemped to drink bleach cuz she got caught skipping school and was in trouble...More orless a cry for help, IMO. She had meds and meetgins for awhile, Dont think anymore. But Im thinking is this a fear in some teenagers parents - Afraid to disapline the teens in fear they will hurt themselves...

I have an opp through my employer to request a transfer to one of these states.

This is what I know.
Oregon: Job would be in Portland. Great scenery, clean air and water, probably the highest quality of life of the five locales, decent people, close to Seattle, no sales tax.

Texas: Currently first pick. Would be in San Antonio. Hill Country, very clean, no income tax, people are great, some of the nicest looking women I've seen, ATX nearby.

Kentucky: would be at Ft. Knox near Louisville. The cost of living is cheap, low crime. I've never been treated nicely there; bad attitudes. I guess if I listened to country music all day, had dirty roadsides and lousy weather I'd be depressed, too.

Tennessee: would be in Nashville, a great city! Beautiful state, nice highways, great recreational opps, friendly folk. Closest to my home state.

New York: would be in Manhattan. Like the people, fast pace, and can-do will-do attitude. It's its own universe! But the cost of living...whoa!
