We are all here to celebrate the end of a rough year 2007. this year we had lots of smiles and tears. But through it all we always remained together. There is a new baby face is our family as well as faces we all miss dearly. I want to reflect back on this year from the joyous times at Orlando's(my son) baptism, to the joyous times of Xavier's birth. even the antisipation of the Mets losing there shot at the play-offs.(just for laughs) but the good times and smiles quickly faded away. as we all lost peole we dearly loved. I want to tell my son Ceasar I Love you baby boy, daddy misses you very much and you will forever stay in our hearts. My Father Victor Barrezueta there aren't enough words to describe a man that has been loved by so many. I know you are here holding my son tighly as i say this speech. watching us all as we proced in life. we love and miss you pa. 2007 will never be forgoten. All we can do is pray that 2008 is much better for us all. I love you all may god give you

well i live in the suburbs outside boston...and i would love to go into boston to go vintage shopping..however my parents are always working so they cant bring me. So do you think my mom would let me and my two friends take the train into boston alone go shopping and then take the train back home. we are 15 but i feel like we are responsible and mature. we would just get dropped off at the train station, take the train, walk 2 blocks to the store we want to go to, shop, walk 2 blocks back to the train station, take the train home. ive taken the train before( with an adult) and i know how it works. and i also know that kids in the city take the train/subway all the time. Despite all this i feel as though my mom will immediately put down this idea the minute i bring it up.
so what are you guys thoughts? Do you think this is a reasonable request? Do you think we are too young?

I have heard this before, and it usually isn't favored by people because it infers that we are sinners and human nature doesn't like to think that. But when you really think about it, we sinned, and were the reason Jesus had to die. Freaky huh?(no need to hear from atheists)

My car was hit while the dealer was driving it around the block for the purpose of determining the trade-in value. It got the front bumper hit by another car at fault while the dealer was driving my car. Who is responsible for my car repair??? Is it the person at fault or is it the dealership??

My sister takes the 40 mg of Methadone for Pain management but she heard today that they will no longer allow the 40 mg tablets to be given as Pain management (due to DEA rules). Does anyone know if the means that Methadone will no longer be used as Pain management or can she still get it but in a different strength tablets? Who should she contact about this? Her doctor or pharmacist? Thanks!!

My financee and I were talking the other day, and he said that he wanted to buy a gun. For no reason, whatsoever, he wanted one. I told him that it makes me uncomfortable, and that I don't want him to buy it. Plus I don't think it's necessary.

Today, he suprises me by saying that he bought it ($300) and he said that he was not asking for my permission.

First of all, he is in incredible DEBT. And lots of it. He's been complaining about it and it pisses me off that he did that and created more debt for himself...and eventually it would be my debt since we're planning to get married in Fall of 2008. I am the one planning to pay for most of the wedding. He is spending money like it grows from a tree.
Second, he totally went against what I strongly felt about guns. I told him that I don't even want to hear a word about what I buy from now on then. Or how much money he owes.

Has anyone ever dealt with this type of situation? I needed to get this off my chest!!
