Vitamin K is NOT potassium! Vitamin K is an an antihemorrhagic factor. K+ is the chemical element name for potassium! I have searched and did not find that garlic has vitamin K in it, but studies have shown that it helps with antiplatelet aggregation and homocystine levels.

It depends how much you eat and also how your body system handles it.

Also, how fresh the garlic are. Try growing your own garlic and eat it by itself. I love garlic.
