It occurs to me then, that to be honest, these people should use the same logic to prepare for any possibility, "because it's a good idea". So we need plans to protect against zombies, robots, aliens, rips in the fabric of time...

It involves the Levees having been breached in New Orleans at the time of Katrina.

After the storm went by (where the category 5 didn't even hit New Orleans) the water began to stack up.
Had the levees not broken, some of the wealthiest areas of New Orleans including business districts and historical districts would certainly have suffered the damage.

Some people believe that the Levees were purposely destroyed to prevent further destruction to the more prosperous parts of the city.

If this is true, then the decision would have been responsible for hundreds of deaths in the 9th ward.

How would a person go about investigating such a claim?

Does any one have the load data for WW-571 ball powder for 20 gauge?
Also I think (clearing cob webs in the brain) that there were pistol data for it? Maybe .357, .38spl or .44.spl and .44 mag?

The government has mandated that all TV must be digital by 2009. What enumerated power of the Constitution gives them the right to dictate what kind of technology we use, or to legislate any technology out of existence? Think of all the poor people who still use analog TV; who will be forced to buy expensive digital TV (none of which are made in the US) or do without. I think this is one more political favor to Chinese donors, at the expense of the American people. It is also *much* easier to hack or jam digital sources, making it easier to control mass communications. What do you think?

Does it say anything to atheists when it's a known truth that the elite people of the world (mainly American) are either Christian or Satanic? I have had the X10 system almost since it was invented and I'm concerned about not being able to dim these new bulbs, or turn them on and off for that matter, using the X10 modules. I often dim lights while watching television . Furthermore, I have a motion sensor in my home that turns a light on when entering the room and it does not work with the new type light bulbs.

I don't believe either will take place. I think they're both something to pacify both sides of the issue. The situatiion as it stands will continue for many years in my opinion and be brought up every once in a while for election purposes AGAIN!

I recently asked a question about a perfect god creating a harsh world. One answer i found interesting said that due to the fall of man at the Garden of Eaden, God cursed the Earth which is why we have starvation,disease,pain sorrow, etc. So my question now is, if God cursed mankind to an etenity of evil and darkness, why are Christian people still worshiping him like he's lord of all that is good? I'm not trying to make anybody mad i'm just lookin for answers, thanks.
