It involves the Levees having been breached in New Orleans at the time of Katrina.
After the storm went by (where the category 5 didn't even hit New Orleans) the water began to stack up.
Had the levees not broken, some of the wealthiest areas of New Orleans including business districts and historical districts would certainly have suffered the damage.
Some people believe that the Levees were purposely destroyed to prevent further destruction to the more prosperous parts of the city.
If this is true, then the decision would have been responsible for hundreds of deaths in the 9th ward.
How would a person go about investigating such a claim?
