China already signed the Kyoto treaty.
Of course, there is nothing in the Kyoto treaty that applies to China, thats why they signed it.
The Kyoto treaty expires in 2012.
So far, every country that has signed it, has increased thier C02 emission growth rate.
While the countries that didn't sign it, like the US,
Have decreased thier C02 emission growth rates.

And then what? Will we "force" them to abide by it as well? Should we station troops in China to enforce Kyoto? Of course, we shouldn't "force" China to sign on; if that were even possible which it clearly is not.

Force them eh?
No problem, I will be right "behind" you as you storm the palace.....
Why would you want to force anyone to give up their sovereignty? Could it be we found someone further to the left than the communists?

How do you plan on forcing them to do anything. It is their choice not ours.
