I am anti gun. I was mortified when my state of missouri passed a concealed weapons law. But now Im wondering. Maybe gay people should take advantage of the concealed weapon right in states where it exists. Perhaps there would be less gay bashing if the bashers thought 50% of us were armed at all times.

Okay! im in a relationship with this guy that 21 and im 23 but the thing is that in the beging of our relationship he would call me more often pay more attention to me! I think Ive getting to attached to him. oh yeah one thing hes a transporter for a hospital grave yard shift. so most of his time hes always tired. what do i do to not feel like he doesnt like me ? sometimes i feel he doesnt even wanna talk to me because hes always like ill call you back when im getting into the conversation? girls and guys what do i do ? do you think its nothing ? do i pay too much attention to him ? what do i do?

A judge was interviewing a woman regarding her pending divorce, and asked, "What are the grounds for your divorce?"

She replied, "About four acres and a nice little home in the middle of the property with a stream running by."

"No," he said, "I mean what is the foundation of this case?"

"It is made of concrete, brick and mortar," she responded.

"I mean," he continued, "What are your relations like?"

"I have an aunt and uncle living here in town, and so do my husband's parents."

He said, "Do you have a real grudge?"

"No," she replied, "We have a two-car carport and have never really needed one."

"Please," he tried again, "is there any infidelity in your marriage?"

"Yes, both my son and daughter have stereo sets. We don't necessarily like the music, but the answer to your questions is yes."

"Ma'am, does your husband ever beat you up?"

"Yes," she responded, "about twice a week he gets up earlier than I do."

Finally, in frustration, the judge asked, "Lady, why do you want a divorce?"

"Oh, I don't want a divorce," she replied. "I've never wanted a divorce. My husband does. He said he can't communicate with me!"

he'll address it at the appropriate time, he hasn't done anything about it. I find this to be odd. It's not like he's a future Hall of Famer like Clemens, he should just come forth like Pettitte has and Brian Roberts, etc, and just make up a lie like they did, blah blah blah, I only tried it once, blah blah blah, I was re-habing from surgery, blah blah blah. I mean, why isn't he at least saying that? He's been silent about it. We all know he's guilty, right?

I was thinking about this today, and I think the UK could be considered part of Scandinavia. Firstly, Denmark is always considered part of Scandinavia, and yet about 80% of England is on the same latitude as Denmark, and Scotland is entirely on the same latitude as Southern Sweden and Southern Norway. It varies a lot as to whether Iceland is included in Scandinavia, but when it is, geographically the UK wouldn't be too far West in comparison to Iceland. Obviously, the UK has far less cultural connection and similarities than Iceland, Denmark, Sweden and Norway have with eachother; but when Finland is included in Scandinavia, I feel Finnish culture is as far apart, if not more so than the UK. Finland don't even speak a Indo-European language, let alone a Germanic language.

So what's your opinions on the matter, what does everyone think?

I was talking on the phone to someone in Spanish and he said "Oye..." and something that sort of sounded like nena. I know the Spanish term of endearment "nena" but what he said honestly sounded more like "lena" or even "elena" or something slightly different. Then again, the connection is really bad (he's in a 3rd world country) and it's difficult to hear/understand so maybe it was just nena.

He said the phrase "oye -whatever he said-" comes from a song.

Sooooo.... anyone have any guess what it could have been if it wasn't nena? Or was it almost for sure nena? Anyone know what song it may have been?

my ex and i broke up recently and i lost it bc it was my fault. i have emotional problems and said some mean things to her. it's hard for me to get close to people so i poushed her way. i then put myself into psychotherapy. at first she said that i could regain her trust. then she said the walls between us would never come down. today i told her about the psychological stuff i'm going through and how bad i feel for hurting her. i told her i knew we needed time apart but asked if we'd be able to talk again someday. she said "someday". i asked if it was possible i could make this up to her and she said "yeah." then later she said "nothing will get better right now. do you understand why i can't say anything to you while you are having psychological problems?" i said i did but i really don't understand. what did she mean? do you think she could just being say we'll be friends bc she feels bad?

Where should I look for the problem of a ground? the engine is grounded to the firewall and the engine is grounded to the frame via the motor mount.Do I need to run a ground wire from the cab to the frame, also? Also my overhead lights quit working and after hooking them up direct to the battery sparks flew.
