he'll address it at the appropriate time, he hasn't done anything about it. I find this to be odd. It's not like he's a future Hall of Famer like Clemens, he should just come forth like Pettitte has and Brian Roberts, etc, and just make up a lie like they did, blah blah blah, I only tried it once, blah blah blah, I was re-habing from surgery, blah blah blah. I mean, why isn't he at least saying that? He's been silent about it. We all know he's guilty, right?

It definately makes one curious as to the reason he isn't saying anything. I think he need to start talking! I want to think he is not guilty, but his silence makes me began to question innocence. I won't convict him yet though!

Well I believe there are drugs in MLB, the Mitchell report was woefully short of evidence and allot of the players are on that list based only on hearsay.

Plus under the collective bargaining agreement, didn't MLB break league rules by allowing names to be released?

Probably because he is guilty and has no defense. If he can't come up with a legit reason he used or was mentioned in the report he should just remain silent.

No, we don't know he's guilty. I think it's innocent until proven guilty. It's so easy to be a spectator and ridicule people. But I think it's only fair to let things take their course.
