It's not a perversion, it's human evolution.
Human females are the only mammals that have large breasts even though they are not lactating. They have evolved from a purely functional feeding of the babies to a sexual attractiveness in humans.
It's like the male turkeys having the fleshy things hanging from their faces. We think they're gross but to a female turkey, the more he's got, the more she wants him.

No one is obessed (normal people) but there is an interest because they're something we dont have and they're gorgeous to look at.
