Sounds like you need a break. Just stop talking to her like you want her back right now. Keep a journal of your thoughts and then share them with her after a month or so. If she's dating someone else, don't get all jealous and freak her out again, give her some respect and space. If you were meant to be together, you will be. Don't make any promises and don't expect her to keep any promises she makes to you. Sometimes a fresh start is all you need.

First of all, congratulations for getting into therapy. I would ask your therapist for help about getting over this relationship.
You are not alone. Most people have had some form of psychological problems at one time or the other.

i think she is not sure herself but to be honest m8 i'd give it a rest for a while and concentrate on yourself it may sound harsh but thats what i think if someone cant look after there self how can they take care of others in short it doesnt sound good 4 a relationship and as far as being friends thats mostly harder than being together

she's young and doesn't know how to deal with your problems. why don't you work on yourself for a while and learn to trust yourself before you begin to seek relationships. psychological problems can be scary for others, and baring your soul is not an easy thing for anyone to witness , no matter how close you were before.
leave it alone and get OK with yourself

maybe she doesn't know how to handle the fact that you are having the problems? maybe she doesn't want to contribute to your problems. there are so many things that could be the answer to your questions but the only real way of finding out the answer, ask her! maybe she doesn't want you to get upset if she tells you the truth, cuz she doesn't want to make matters worse? my suggestion is do something to make her realize how sorry you are for what you did and make her realize how much you truly do love and care for her?
