i have had to wear a uniform to school everday since i was in kindergarten. this is what it looks like.

we have to wear black or brown solid colored flats. no clogs, closed toe. they can't have any heel at all! not a lot of buckles on them.

we can't wear alot of jewelry, earrings cannot be dangles. no more than two rings worn, only one bracelet is permitted, no long necklaces or big & chunky ones.

we have freedom on socks though. we can wear any socks we want.

i normally wear a whit shirt with a blue skirt, black flats, navy knee socks & a navy head band.

any other suggestions that i could use to make my uniform look better?

By the way, this is the 300th. painting on canvas that I've done. Do you think it should get it's own birthday party? After all, every work of art we complete is like us giving birth to a separate entity with a life of it’s own.

I have applying for various jobs. Most of them require a backround check. Question: I got a DWI in 1993. Will that show up in my backround check, even though it was over 15 years ago? And if so, would that prevent me from getting hired? Or should I just say "No" when I'm asked if I was ever convicted of a felony or a misderneanor on the application?

I want to clean up my room but its SUPER hard. my room is 9x9 (which is SMALLL). i just really don't know how to clear out some clutter because i have a lot of stuff that i want but i don't know what to do with! my closet is totally full, under my bed is full, and now im starting to put things in corners around my room. i'm verrry ocd about having my room clean and all but its just getting to me now because i want it to be spotless on the floor. any advice please?

Here's my dilemma. Since becoming pregnant, I've gone up a cup and band size. At this point I'm willing to bet I've actually gone up 2 band sizes (given how uncomfortable wearing a bra is). I've read conflicting things- that you should bring a couple of nursing bras with you to the hospital and that your size will go up a cup and down a band once you've had the baby. So how the heck am I supposed to know what size to get now? I'm 38 weeks pregnant and will definitely breast feed. I don't want to waste money on bras that won't really fit when the baby comes, but I don't want to be unprepared either. I would assume I won't be too up to bra shopping during that first week or so after giving birth. What did you do? What worked, what didn't?

Many on YA throw insults about other questioners and answerers mental abilities eg you 'Retard' / 'imbecile' / 'idiot' / 'moron' without realising that there is an area of IQ that each of these terms decribes.

"Moron" for instance was once applied to people with an IQ of 51-70 and was a step up from "imbecile" (IQ of 26-50) and two steps up from "idiot" (IQ of 0-25). "Retard" breaks down as follows - Profound mental retardation IQ Below 20
Severe mental retardation IQ of 20–34
Moderate mental retardation IQ of 35–49
Mild mental retardation IQ of 50–69
Borderline mental retardation IQ of 70–79

So before you call another YA user a "moron', "retard" etc just think "could they have an IQ that low"
