i mean can v adjoin 's' with past?

Wrong form of the verb.

He spoke well - Correct in the past tense

He speaks well --- Correct in the present tense

spokes are part of a wheel not a form of to speak.

Spokes are what you would find on a bicycle or motorcycle tire.

Spoke, Speaks, Will Speak or Has Spoken all work well with that, depending on what tense you use (past, present or future).

no that is not right. 'he speaks' is the present tense of the verb. 'he spoke' is the past tense. the 's' is only attacked in the present tense because it is not indicating number but a state of being. the 's' is kind of representitive of 'is'. just think if you can say 'he is speaking well' then you can also say 'he speaks well'. you can not say he is spoke well because there are two verbs in that sentence and then it would not make sense. i know that sounds kind of confusing but i hope it helps!!
