I feel my depression along with false pride has sort of made me a very lonesome individual . There is a lot of negative energy surrounding me and I dont know if I can enjoy anything anymore . I used to be a sort of a kid who loved sarcasm and didn't respect people much as a youngster . I am losing my self esteem at this age - of being a arrogant prick now and back then . This feeling is causing a lot of pain and depression .
In family occasions as well I just coccon myself and not able to share much of good spirits with anyone . I know its hell - but please can anyone advise what I can do to improve ...to be more Graceful and Nice person... please please no funny answers ... I want to drive this negative energy from me.

My mother inlaw is staying with us for the holidays and i am so tired of the same questions. Example one I don't wear house shoes/ slippers. I never have they make my feet hot. She ask me and chasties me every time she is over here "Where are your shoes" Then i drink very rarely i have not drank anything since last Christmas. I bought a six pack of beer and can't even drink ir now because i have a cold and i am taking over the counter meds. Well whenever i drink i get the 1st degree how often do you drink what do you like to drink etc. Then finally i am lactose in toloerant and i drink Soy milk. Every time she sees me with a glass she ask why don't you drink milk.
I just want to scream FOR THE LAST AND FINAL TIME I CAN'T DRINK MILK
She is not that old and she can remeber lots of other small things. I think she ask these questions just to talk and fill up the quiet.

i feel bad for those who have to work. especially retail places that are open like walgreens and cvs.. my brother works for tmobile customer service and he has to work tonite 3rd shift..

do you get paid well for doing so?

You Christians often say that God wasn't created, that he always existed. That he essentially is an example of something being able to design and organize itself.

If God can design and organize himself, why can't the Universe have just designed and organized itself, and thus, have always been, with no need for a creator?

Again, your belief that God always was, smacks of hypocrisy, because if God can just "be", why couldn't the Universe just "be", with no need for an All-Powerful creator thrown into the equation?

Why have the hypocritical faith that God can create himself, but have no faith that the Universe couldn't simply do the same??

doesnt it get annoying when someone answers your question with one word answers like "yes" "no" or something stupid like that. or when your asking something serious.. for example.. i was asking advice on losing weight.... someone answers cut calories and exercise... umm duhh.... it gets soo annoying. i wish we could pick who gets points period. even if it is just 2 points i should get to chose who made the effort!!

If he sits down for a few minutes and then stands up his right hamstring hurts him.

He is 45 yrs. old and he is bulky. No not fat, bulky as in muscular.

He is a bit big around the stomach though and not the healthiest of eaters even though he lifts all the time.
