I've seen the bumper stickers and signs that claim "Christ is the Answer."

What was the question? I've been told that the question is any that I have....... Okay....... What's for dinner?

Are there any facts that support the notion that inferior beings do not exist?

Is Atheism logical?

The saying "seek not what is too sublilme" comes as far as I know, from the Bible Vulgata as given in "Sirach 3:22." I find this in Douay Rheims as "Ecc 3:22." I did not find it in the KJV.

My questions:

1-Do I reference the saying correctly with "Sirach 3:22'?

2-Is the saying somewhere in the KJV of the Bible?

3-If not, "yes" to the above and why not?

4-Am I correct in thinking that "Sirach" is subsumed into Eccesiastes?

Thanks

Alright, what your point of view on this...

Do you think Erasing certain memories in peoples brains will help them? Say for example they have been hurt when younger, or they have been in a abusive relationship. Erasing the memories can eliminate the experience one has gained... but also allow them to trust and love someone else without feeling fear..

Or bad relationships some people seemed to get over attached, they could spend years talking about how tey love this person they haven't seen for a year...

What do you think is better to have the experience in mind? Or is better to erase them and have the chance to have a better experience?

Surely, you are not. So why do you allow Jews, another Middle Easterns, to be in the key positions of your country and run your country? (if you think it's not true do some reseach)
I am not against Jews. But this is America not the Middle East. If you are a Jew or Arab run your own business but stay away from the US politics. Otherwise go home, please. I do not feel safe in the US if a jew is in power. What about you?

In the UK adoptees are allowed access to their adoption files when they are 18. From what i have read on here, it is not the same in america. If it wasnt for my adoption files being open to me, then I would have never found andrea (birth mother) or my siblings. I think its all wrong. anyone agree or it that a stupid question?!

It was my idea to save ourselves for mariage. But now its been 4 1/2 years & i feel like i am ready to have sex w/him. He says he has no problem with waiting (we r both virgins) but i feel like i want to find out if he will be good in bed BEFORE i make the huge commitment of being married to him. & also the stuff we DO do w/each other has gotten prety routine. He is satisfied but I am not. Has anyone else done this before? How did it work out for you?

I work with a very lax boss, who is not organized or structured -- or at least does not extend herself to be so to others

I need structure and organization to work most efficiently. I otherwise have to work in a state of confusion, which leads me to not be productive or efficient. This increases my anxiety level, especially when thinking I may lose my job

I don't want to be a sucker and work late all the time or on weekends, but it's hard for me to concentrate at work. I think best after a good night's rest, and when I'm not commuting in a half-dead mode

This leads me to work on weekends and respond to emails or send emails over the weekend. I'm afraid to be seen as a doormat. I was one at my last job, and they got rid of me. I want to show my value and worth, and make up for times I've shown my anxieties and other weaknesses at work because of the environment

Aside from looking for other employment, how is it best to work to do your job well, but to not be perceived a doormat?

I read an article that said poor people are more likely to be obese than wealthy people. I disagree. I have been living off of a $789 biweekly paycheck for two years and I always monitor my diet. It's rare that I overeat. I have probably only been two to three pounds overweight twice within the past 2years. I always buy the cheapest and nutritious foods at the grocery store. There are always seems to be food affordable with nutrients in it.

Waterboarding, the use of white phosphorus, the detention of prisoners beyond the rule of law or in facilities worse than that of any billeted soldier are all examples of breaches of the Geneva Conventions.

These are well documented facts that beggar any countr argument.

The question is, once those rules are disregarded, is there any compulsion on enemy combatants to then follow them.

I don't think so. I think the taxes covering negative external costs of fatty food products should be imposed on the demerit food products themselves, such as Fast food. It's like cigarettes, the tax comes from the actual sale of the product... not just from the consumer's pocket... this will encourage healthier eating. People say "I'm not fat but what if I want a cheeseburger, why should I pay tax"... that's just silly, what about if a non-smoker wants to buy a pack of cigarettes, should they pay no tax?

Departing Airport at scheduled departure time: 40% chance of rain, 62 degrees F, SSE wind 24 MPH.

Scheduled arrival time in destination airport: Windy. No rain. WSW wind 31 MPH. 22 degree F.

Are these some bad flying conditions (I mean for an airline, I'm sure they're bad, but bad enought for me to end up grounded?)

Thanks!

If you were in an elevator, 400ft high, and the cable snapped, if you jumped just before the ground collision, would you be ok? (Assuming the ceiling is 20ft so you have no chance of hitting head)?

The way I think of it is that you transfer your force to the elevator.
