Grill some chicken breasts, cut into thin strips after grilling

I think a light butter/EVOO/garlic sauce would be plenty, really. Although a mild marinara would also be complimentary in flavors.

The obvious would be tomato. A sauce if served hot or
medium diced fresh if cold.
