I read these questions and I get so upset that some women come in here to write stories that are deaminig to our gender. Is like if we can't live without guys approval. As a women, married at that, I tell you, I love my husband, but he is not the boss of me. I'm my own person. I value myself. I will never come here to be crying about my wrong decisions. Some ladies here need to grow up and face their own actions. I do not center my life around any men, not even my husband. Why? Because he can fail me...look at this forum for confirmation that men and women will fail. I wish some of you will stop nagging about:
pornography, I'm fat, my husband left and I'm dying, he does this, she does that,,,Give me a break! Life is too short to be wasting it,,get up your fat butt and do something about it! You can actually live without a men you know!

My pastor was the godliest, kindest man I ever knew, but is quitting the ministry because he has learned that Jesus never existed, as well as other things wrong about Christianity.
He was a faithful and loving Christian for sixty years!
How is one supposed to keep believing in something, even when the evidence against it is overwhelming and conclusive?
That seems like intellectual dishonesty! Is a "relationship" with Jesus all the proof we need? I've been telling people that for years, but now I'm not so sure.
People sincerely believe many things that are just plain wrong: Jim Jones, Muhammad, Paul, Joseph Smith, The Flat Earth Society... are they all right because of their perceived relationships with their God?
Believing things that are unfounded seems, to me, to be potentially dangerous, or at best, it slows down progress!

I know about the parable of the sower, but it seems like a convenient explanation/addition to scripture to cover their bases/to just provide any answer

I have connected my PS3 using the A/V out (component video) and there is feedback coming from the TV speakers. I didn't like this so I unhooked the audio cables and just left in the video cables and I am still able to hear the feedback coming through the television speakers. The feedback only happens when the TV is on the PS3 input, if I switch to Cable TV then the noise goes away. I have turned off the PS3 from the main switch in the back, and I still have the same noise. I have unplugged the PS3 and then plugged it up again using a different electrical outlet, and I still hear the noise. In simplest terms all I have connected to the PS3 is the Video cable, when I plug the power cable to the PS3 the noise is audible even though the main power switch is off.

Can anyone help?

Also when playing the PS3 there are surges of color the width of the TV screen that scroll up the TV, and distort the images on the TV.

So why are Christians getting so upset about people calling the Christmas tree a Holiday tree? The Christmas tree was originally used to celebrate the winter solstice in pagan religions, not Christmas. It was after Constantinople merged the two celebrations that the tree became a symbol for Christmas. Funny how people don't do their research.

Ok, I live here in Ohio. I had some renters and we had to evict them. They left a awful mess. Well they turned in the keys. Two days later they went back up to the house and busted all of the windows out. Is their anyway I can get them for Vandalism or Criminal Damaging? The people are known for this type of stuff. They have records a mile long.

My question is why aren't the parents just as mad with the hospital, surgeons, and nurses as they are with the insurance company?

CIGNA initially decided not to cover the transplant, there offices were protested and they later changed their decision. Unfortunately for this girl and her family, she passed away.

What I don't get is why in these cases we go after the insurance companies, when the doctors and the hospital are being just as greedy and heartless as the insurance company.

The insurance company is a third-party. 99% of the people will never know you, meet you or take a personal stand for your cause.

The hospital knows your story, knows the direness of the situation and yet we never, ever go after tehm?

Why is that? What about the hippocratic oath taht doctors are sworn to uphold? They could have saved this girls life, but they were not willing to do so. Why aren't they sued?
