e sep. my male cousin who has probs is 36 he moved in when my aunt died for a short period of time, we all helped him find another place to live..now he is going around saying my hus messed with my girl, social services even checked it out my girl was embarrased..my cus won't stop, even with all this so i wont let him around, however he keeps telling people lies, how can i get him to shut up or what can he be charged with. i think i need a lawyer, but can't afford one. i think hes jealous of her, but shes12 and she just wants to see her friends, not him not even my ex. somebody help..isn't this slander for her too?

I am 24, single, haven't had a bf, or a decent date that actually likes me. I am bad at verbalizing things..I try to be funny but I just sound like a dumb a**. I am honest about my interests and goals. I don't expect too much. But I want a decent guy that likes me for me. I am decent looking, but all this dating and wondering and looking for guys is getting me nowhere I am soo stressed out by all this. I work all the t ime, I have no friends because people that I meet nowadays aren't interested in getting to know me or are just plain shallow and have no depth. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I had Super Paper Mario for Wii and I really disliked that game. I had no fun whatsoever and the times I did play it was as if I was forcing myself just so the game wouldn't go to waste or whatever. I finally sold it on eBay and was wondering if I would like Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door or Paper Mario on VC? Is it the same type of gameplay or will I actually have fun with the other games?

Ok I know there are many more variables for admission to competitive schools, but based off these few factors, what are my chances at Notre Dame (next year, regular decision)?

33 ACT (w/ no prep, taking a class hopefully getting a 34+)
2150 SAT (sending ACT)
99th percentile PSAT (doesn't matter much but will probably be at least commended)
98.5 GPA (usually valedictorian has a 102)
ALL honors and AP since frosh year--always highest level One of five juniors to be taking both junior honors and senior AP science (taking two Senior AP sciences next year)
President of two clubs
Writer for school paper
2 years on student gov
Will definitely be in NHS
In theater (stage crew and in actual production)
I'm currently applying for weekly volunteer jobs, so assuming I get one in January and work 10 hrs a week...
