There will be variations from country to country.
Village can be shortened to "vill" or "vlg"
Association can be "assoc" or "assn"

According to the United States Postal Service the abbreviation for Village is VLG
And the abbreviation for Association is Assoc.

Association = A
In usage terms, Alabang Hills Village Association is AHVA
San Lorenzo Village Homeowners Association is SLVHA
etc etc

I don't know that there is any "official" answer to your question. But, based on my experience:
1. Village: Never seen that abbreviated
2. Association: Assoc.

i seen village in 2 forms - vill. and vlg.
i've also seen associations in 2 forms - assoc. and ***'n.
i really don't know if any of the above is the "official" form
