Its spirit week at school......my friend they wore beaded necklaces. Is that like Mardi gra necklaces? or something else?

2am. I have always gone to bed late and still been bright eyed and bushy tailed the next morning. I just don't need that much sleep. In the old days 4-5 a day would do the trick. So just wondering if you are an early bird or night owl? Goodnight if earlybird and great movie on at 11 for nightowls.

how did the whole idea of the easter bunny come about, its perplexed me for a while.

i mean really, easter is supposed to be the day jesus rose from the grave. so why does the holiday involve a bunny that runs around hiding eggs for little children to find. whats the thinking behind an idea like that? rabbits dont even lay eggs...

and for that matter, is the easter bunny supposed to be male or female...

I find the KJV very difficult to read. I like to think of myself as highly literate, but I admit to hitting a wall sometimes with the KJV. So I guess I can't be too literate ;).

I like reading The Message. Just wondering what others read, and just some general opinions.

She had been recieving and sending an abnormal ammount of text messages. She assured me and swore to me that it was just a friend from work. I checked her phone and she had him hidden under a girls name. I called the number and he told me that she had told him they met online and that she was single. He went away and a couple months later the same thing happened again. I keep catching her. What should i do?

There is no way I believe you’re a true atheist if you make it a point to answer a question directed to believers.

The last question I saw asked of believers had the first 3 answers from so-called ‘atheists’.

If you REALLY thought there was no God, you would consider us Christians as delusional!

And if we are deranged, why are there so many of us with the EXACT same psychosis; millions of people all over the world with the exact detailed delusion?? What are the odds?

Just how many psychotic people do you routinely argue with? Why do you argue with us if you think we’re deranged?
Why would you argue with someone you consider a babbling idiot?

I know that my dad loves me and is trying to protect me as much as he can, but sometime i feel like he's holding onto me too tightly that I can't breath. I'm 19 already, a few more months and I'm turning 20. I'm not allow to hang out with a guy friend or even talk on the phone with a guy for longer then a few mins. I would be scold if I do. He thinks of all the negative side that can happen to me if I hang out with a guy friend even though we're just friends. Due to this fact I'm not very sociable and can't keep a strong converstation. Ok, here is the story: Throughout the whole semester I have never missed his class, and has done ever hw, classwork, test/quiz with a score of A or B (mostly As). Overall, I was sure I would get an A...I even calculated. So I spent, like 9 days working an a scholarship with a required GPA. I was sure my GPA was going to be 3.75. However, the b***** prof gave me 89.44%. Making my GPA to 3.5, and resulting all the hard effort I put in the course as well as the scholarship to NOTHING.
I asked him if he could give me extra credit, he said NO.
Mainly, I dont know what to do, I cant just throw all the effort I put in that scholarship...n I got B (I deserve an A!).
I am thinking of crying in front of him for extra credit (really). What should I do for him to give me extra credit...please take this seriously. Thank you.

I feel silly but I don't know how to figure it out. Like when one grade is worth 10% of your grade and one grade is worth 20% and so on and so on, how do you figure out your final grade? And don't worry it is not a grade for a math class!!!!

If not, what is the purpose of a Pope? If Jesus died on the Cross for our sins, now we don't need a "In between". Doesn't Hebrews 10:19 claim that, "Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the Holiest by the blood of Jesus?" It doesn't say through the Pope. And isn't Jesus the only one who can forgive sins? Not the Priests, or Biships, or Cardnials, or the Pope? Just asking. :)

Hi
I am moving out of my current apartment for which i paid $700 deposit when i first started living there. I dont see anything in the lease that says the $250 will be taken out of my deposit for painting and carpet cleaning when i leave.
Now, the manager tells me that it will cost $250 from my deposit to get those done.
However, I did smoke in the apartment and he could probably tell and he would charge me painting coz the walls might be slightly yellow from the smoke.
Also, there are tiny stains on the carpet, but just regular wear and tear.
I dont have the time or money to take him to small claims, and it will probably cost me more to take him to small claims.
What do you guys recommend?

My 2 year old Dachshaund sometimes wheezes pretty bad like he can't catch his breath. I got him from the humane society about 3 months ago. He doesnt do a lot but when he does do it its pretty bad. The last time he did it I was walking him outside in the cold and he started wheezing pretty bad. He did it just about the whole walk, which is about a half mile. Ive heard that small dogs tend to have trouble breathing sometimes but im still worried. My question is, is this really normal, what could be wrong with him (e.g. asthma, allergies), and how can I fix it ot help him? Thanks in advance!
